Certificate 3 Guarantee
THE QLD GOVERNMENT'S FUNDING PROGRAM
The Certificate 3 Guarantee Program is provided by the Queensland Government. This Program allows Queenslanders to access funded courses in areas where skilled workers are needed. Click here to access more information on the Certificate 3 Guarantee Program.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
You could be eligible if you:

do not hold or are currently undertaking a certificate level III or higher qualification. This does not include certificate level III qualifications completed while at secondary school

are over 15 years old at the time of enrolment

have finished secondary school or left school

are an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident residing in Queensland or a New Zealand citizen permanently residing in Queensland.

UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTIFIER (USI)
From the first of January 2015, all students participating in Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualifications are required to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). We are required by Commonwealth legislation to have this number recorded for your training and cannot enrol new students without this number. If you do not have a USI, you can find more information on obtaining one here. Your USI may be used for reporting Training Activity Data to the Department.
RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL)
Students may be eligible for RPL or Credit Transfer. For more information on how to apply for this please see our student handbook or contact us.
WHAT IF I AM NOT ELIGIBLE?
Should you be ineligible for a government subsidised place, Work Savvy offers this exact qualification under our fee-for-service (FFS) arrangement.

Work Savvy does not accept upfront payments of more than $1,500. If a student’s fee is more than this amount, the support of a flexible payment plan will be offered to students.
By undertaking a qualification subsidised by the QLD government, the student will no longer be eligible for another government subsidised place at that level.
