Successful completion of the CHC41115 Certificate IV in Employment Services may lead to employment opportunities, including:
- Disability Services Employment Consultant
- Employment Consultant
- Recruitment Officer.

What you will gain
Upon successfully completing this nationally recognised qualification, students should be able to:

How you will study
Delivery
This course may be delivered through face-to-face, online, or work-based training. We use a range of assessment methods for this qualification, including:
- short answers
- projects
- activities
- workplace observation
- observation in a simulated workplace.
Duration
This qualification can be completed in up to thirty-six months, dependent on the student's experience, Credit Transfer (CT) or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Apply for CT or RPL during enrolment.
Eligibility and requirements
Student Requirements
The following will be required for the enrolment process:
- Unique Student Identifier (USI)
- verifiable identification documents
- completion of the LLND assessment.

Students will require access to appropriate technology and internet if the materials are delivered online.

Fees
Online or self-study option at $5,600 per student. Other delivery option $7,000 per student. This price includes a non-refundable Administration Charge of $250.

QUEENSLAND GOVERNMENT FUNDING
Career Boost: General Training Pathway
The program delivers training to help individuals develop the higher-level skills needed to secure employment, advance their careers, or progress to further education and training to undertake university or tertiary qualifications.
This program is subsidised by the Queensland government, under the Career Boost General Training Pathway Program. The following Student Co-Contribution fees apply, varying based on student eligibility status:
- Concession: $21.00 per qualification or $1.50 per Unit of Competency
- Non-concession: $42.00 per qualification or $3.00 per Unit of Competency
To be eligible for funding, students must be:
- A permanent Queensland resident
- Aged 15 or older and not currently attending school
- An Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen, Australian permanent residents (including humanitarian entrants), or temporary resident with the right visa and work permits on the pathway to permanent residency
- Not currently enrolled in a Qualification, even if it is on hold or deferred, whether funded by DTET or not (foundation skills qualifications do not count).
- Not already have a certificate IV or higher qualification completed within the last 10 years for a general training pathway (qualifications completed as a school student and foundation skills qualifications do not count).

Fee exemptions may apply and are conditional on the Government Policy and Funding Arrangements, subject to eligibility. By undertaking and completing this qualification subsidised by the Queensland government, you will no longer be eligible for another government subsidised place in that same program.
