in Cleaning Operations

Our CPP30316 Certificate III in Cleaning  Operations will prepare you for the important role of a cleaner responsible for undertaking a range of routine and non-routine tasks, including cleaning according to work schedules, liaising with clients and in some cases members of the public, and operating in a range of general residential and commercial settings as well as specialist cleaning environments. As a cleaner, you may work alone, with or without supervision, and you will have responsibility for selecting, preparing and using appropriate cleaning methods for a range of cleaning situations while ensuring safe work practices.

 

Upon successfully completing this nationally-recognised qualification, you will be able to:

  • Learn how to operate in domestic and commercial settings 

  • Provide effective client service

ASSESSMENT

We use a range of assessment methods for this qualification, including:

  • Short answers;

  • Projects;

  • Activities; and

  • Workplace Observation or Observation in a Simulated Workplace.

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

 

There are no formal entry requirements for this course. However, prior to

enrolment students are required to provide their Unique Student Identifier and photo identification. Prospective students may be required to complete a language, literacy and numeracy assessment.

DURATION AND MODE

Duration:

This qualification can be completed in twelve months. The volume of learning offered by Work Savvy Training may vary per student depending on their existing skills and knowledge. More experienced students are likely to complete the course in a shorter period of time. The duration may vary depending on Credit Transfer [CT] or Recognition of Prior Learning [RPL]. Students can apply for CT or RPL at the time of enrolment

 

Delivery:

Delivery of training may take differing forms, including Face-to-Face, Online, Work-based, Blended and Traineeships, dependent on the requirements of the Client or the needs of the cohort.

* You will be formally notified where training and assessment is being delivered by a third party.

This qualification will be superseded in October 2022 and as part of your studies; you will be transitioned to the new qualification CPP30321 Certificate III in Cleaning Operations. You will be advised prior to applying any additional fees or requirements.

  • CPPCLO3011 Clean using environmentally sustainable work practices (E)

  • BSBXTW401 Lead and facilitate a team (IE)

  • CPPCLO3018 Clean and maintain furniture and fittings (E)

  • CPPCLO3019 Remove waste and recyclable materials (C)

  • CPPCLO3035 Maintain cleaning storage areas (C)

  • CPPCLO3040 Clean ceiling surfaces and fittings (E)

  • CPPCMN3006 Provide effective client service (C)

  • CPPCMN3007 Support leadership in the workplace (E)

  • HLTINF001 Comply with infection prevention and control policies and
    procedures (E)

NSW FEES

This training is subsidised by the NSW Government.

  • Exemption: $0

  • Concession: $240

  • First Qualification: $1,320

  • Second Qualification: $1,580

  • Traineeship: $0

FEE FOR SERVICE

If you are ineligible for government subsidised training, or would rather undertake this course on a fee-for-service (FFS) basis, the cost to undertake this nationally recognised qualification is:

  • $4,500

  • Work Savvy does not accept upfront payments of more than $1,500. If a student’s fee is more than this amount, the support of a flexible payment plan will be offered to students.
