About the qualification
Our CHC41115 Certificate IV in Employment Services qualification reflects the role of individuals who provide employment services to both job seekers and employers. They use specialised knowledge to support job seekers in locating, securing and maintaining employment and to assist employers in meeting their recruitment needs.
Upon successfully completing this nationally recognised qualification, students should be able to:
use targeted communication skills to build relationships collect, analyse and apply labour market information
monitor and improve contracted employment services
work effectively with culturally diverse clients and co-workers.

Duration
This qualification can be completed up to thirty-six months, dependent on the student's experience, Credit Transfer (CT) or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Apply for CT or RPL during enrolment.

Student Requirements
The following will be required for the enrolment process:
Unique Student Identifier (USI)
verifiable identification documents
completion of the LLN assessment.

Students will require access to appropriate technology and internet if the materials are delivered online.
This nationally recognised qualification is delivered and assessed by Work Savvy Pty Ltd, RTO ID 91778, ABN 20 132 057 384. This training will deliver skills and knowledge to the industry standard but does not guarantee a job. We tailor training for people from diverse backgrounds, including those with a disability.
Fees
This course is available on a fee-for-service basis at $7,000 per student. Should you require an RPL assessment, please contact us for fees and arrangements.

Replacement of Testamur/statement of attainment/Qualification Certificate: $50
Repeat of unit (Third attempt onwards Per unit): $150
